21 Day Acclimation Guarantee
At Plantalogue, we want you to feel confident bringing home a living piece of design. All our kokedama are crafted with care and shipped fresh to ensure a healthy start in their new environment.
We offer a 21-day Acclimation Guarantee:
If your Kokedama plant unexpectedly dies within 21 days of arrival, we will happily provide a replacement.
To qualify for a replacement, you will need to fulfill the following:
1. If you see issues with your plant, you will need to contact us through email at plantalogueca@gmail.com to diagnose your plant. You will be asked to provide photos.
2. You will be asked to make adjustments to your care for the plant over a period of time.
3. If your plant dies within the adjustment time frame, you will be given a replacement.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Neglect, including underwatering, overwatering, placing the plant in unsuitable lighting, or lack of basic care
- Physical damage after delivery
- Environmental extremes (frost, heat exposure, etc.) after the delivery
Your kokedama should thrive, and we stand behind it. If anything happens during its acclimation period, we’re here to make it right.
Shipping And Delivery
Processing Times
All Kokedama are handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment. If you have an urgent request please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate your needs. The shipping cutoff for Christams Eve is on December 19th. Please plan accordingly.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship across Canada using carriers such as Canada Post and UPS.
Live Plant Packaging
Each kokedama is securely packaged to minimize stress during transit.
Heat packs or cold packs may be included depending on weather conditions to protect the plant.
Please open your package immediately upon arrival to allow the plant to acclimate.
During winter months, please ensure your plant is brought inside within 1 hour. Frost damage and stress may not be covered by our plant guarantee if neglected.
Returns, Refunds And Exchanges
General Return Policy
We do not accept returns on live plants once delivered.
Non-plant items (ceramics, accessories) may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
Shipping costs for non-plant returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Live plant exchanges are not available due to the unique nature of each kokedama.
Exchanges for non-plant items (accessories, ceramics) are available within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, your kokedama may already be in preparation and cannot be cancelled.

Workshop Cancellations
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled workshop date are eligible for:
A full refund, or
A credit toward a future workshop
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are non-refundable as all materials have already been prepared.
You may transfer your spot to a friend or family member at no cost—just let us know the name of the new participant.
Participants who do not attend the workshop will not receive a refund or credit.
